I have been in the BPO industry for almost ten years now. I was promoted to being a Quality Analysts after being a customer representative for eight months. I have worked in different fields such as Outbound/Inbound Credit Card Acquisition Accounts, Outbound Loan Mortgage Qualifying Account, Inbound Offshore Energy and Telecommunication Accounts and my current is a Health Account. I have lead a group of QA's back when I was assigned to the Inbound Credit Card Acquisition Account and had a very close relationship with the clients and the management.
