I am a technical project manager with +10 years experience in project management in the automotive industry.

My background is hardware and software engineering. Before being a PM, I developed automotive ECUs.

As a technical PM I have led projects with over 150 people and worked on projects with >400 people.

I am familiar with project management practices. I can define the project scope and I can do a project planning breaking down the activities and keeping in focus the project milestones. I can prepare and track the project budget. Also risk assessment and mitigation are part of my skills. Negotiation is a strong skill I poses.

I am familiarized with Agile and Scrum approaches.

Concerning tools I am familiarized with - JIRA, Confluence, Power point, Mpp, Excel, Word.
