Cris Ann Joy Amaro

I'm Cris Ann Joy Amaro you can call me Cris. I'm 27 years old. Took BS in Psychology and been working for almost 7 years. 

I have experience in customer service, technical support, sales, cold caller, appointment setting and lead generation. In my previous roles, I assisted customers with booking flights, hotel reservations, and car rentals, as well as providing technical support for phones, dish satellite, and cable services. During the pandemic, I transitioned to working as a virtual assistant, where I excelled at reaching out to call potential clients, managing emails, generating leads, and scheduling appointments.

I possess strong communication skills, positive attitude, objection handling, customer service skills and building rapport with clients/prospects.
