I am highly motivated and driven, have excellent communication and motivational skills and I speak fluently a number of languages.
Dealing with customers over the phone at AIB Bank, I gained a valuable experience in assisting Personal and Business customers at all levels and developed an excellent ability to listen to, understand the circumstances of and provide clear instructions. I also developed an emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
During my work at AIB I completed two important courses:
· AIB’s Results Focus Competency Course and
· Telephone Techniques Course
During my working period in Certus I got nominated to train and supervise new staff and my calls were sampled as the best way of dealing with customers over the phone. The role at Danske Bank required my contribution to providing fast access and competent advice for both personal and business customers serviced by the Specialist Loan Services Unit.
My role at Accenture allowed me to work on two important projects where I managed to successfully to offer full support with the processes transitions and implementation.
Working in an extremely busy and dynamic environments I developed the ability to work under pressure, to deal with customers over the phone efficiently, to achieve and exceed targets, to pay attention to detail, to organize work efficiently and multitask.
