As a writer and communication strategist with a decade of experience, I have led significant initiatives in international trade, technology transformation, and in AI prompt engineering across the private sectors in New Zealand and the United Kingdom. My career includes serving as a Communications Manager at Tesco, the UK's largest retailer, and fulfilling roles as a Senior Communications Advisor within two UK Government Departments.

I have experience as a Communications and Events Coordinator in New Zealand's central government, complemented by a background in journalism. Currently, I freelance as a prompt creator, seamlessly integrating my expertise in AI prompt creation with customer-focused communications and events, as well as external communications across both social and traditional media platforms.

Throughout my career, I have achieved proven success in leading communications strategy, most notably for the UK-NZ Free Trade Agreement, valued at $1 billion, and the UK-EU Windsor Framework. I developed an online response system to facilitate the repatriation and urgent medical access for thousands of British nationals during New Zealand's 2020 Covid-19 lockdown. I have also consistently managed communications for various change and transformation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
