With over 11 years of progressive Human Resources experience both in retail and staffing, I am equipped to help you with any of your professional needs. During my time in staffing, I worked in a "startup" environment and was extremely successful at wearing many hats-from being our Director of Talent Development to helping assist the CEO and VP with multiple tasks.

I am proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Powerpoint are my strongest!) and have been extremely successful in helping implement many projects and initiatives-from real time updating KPIs for an entire organization to building organizational charts and developing succession planning

I am also SPHR Certified and am qualified to act as a consultant for your HR, Employee Relations, Benefits, Organizational Development, and Performance Management needs.
