Training other people and facilitate certification both written and practical examination is one thing that I can show my independence and being reliable.

Being an organized person and strict with company policy and rules, I create and update client's SOP which includes documentation of process exceptions for 3 companies.

All companies where I worked have different accounting software as well as ticketing, Reporting and communication tools like Netsuite, SAP, Xero, Oracle, Citrix, Personalized, Great Plains, Salesforce, Coupa, Jira, Google tools/forms, Gmail, Outlook, Tableau, Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Google Hangouts, Slack and Office Communicator.
