I worked as a Support Specialist Senior at OST, Inc., where I coordinate multiple sites to ensure they are equipped with the necessary tools for WiFi and VoIP services. Information Technology Specialist at US Tech since 2016, where I provided level 2 desktop support for NYS ITS DOT, installed applications, set up machines in the enterprise environment, and support various devices and printers in a network enterprise environment. I hold certifications training in A+/CCNA and Television & Video Production, which demonstrate my commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
