I've been working as a Customer Service Representative for 6 years (with a different account like Banking, Retail, Telco, Medical, and Sales) and 2 years as a Virtual Assistant which my tasks are Checking orders,
Updating items on Craigslist, Calling for Customer regarding Late fees, Checking best spot where the client can visit for vacation, Plotting Calendar for Appointment, Joining Meeting, Creating Reports, and Sales Inventory.
I am still open to learning new things and more than willing to train to enhance more on my skills.
