I have extensive experience in customer service for e-commerce businesses, product listing, project and team management, social media marketing, transcription, internet research, online ESL teaching, executive assistance, and SEO writing. I also wrote business processes and handled teams for my previous companies to help develop training structure for internal employees and clients. I am relatively techie in terms of internet research, software navigation, LinkedIn marketing, social media and Office 365 applications. I do video editing and photo touch-ups as well. I know how to take charge of calendars, manage schedules and monitor inboxes. And I can be easily trained with tutorial videos with very minimal supervision.
