I have been working with people for the past 15 years, 7 of which has been with the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry. My current role requires me to perform the following:
> Conducts interview with applicants on site and during Job Fairs and Special Recruitment Activities.
> Facilitates and conducts Job Fairs, Events and Special Recruitment Activities across Negros Occidental to gather candidates for various accounts with specific profiling.
> Conducts Career Talks to Institutions/Academe and Sourcing Vendors to promote the company’s Career Opportunities.
> Responsible for accepting and processing On-The-Job trainees coming from different school partners.
> Initiates Sourcing Initiatives that would cater to the different profiling of applicants needed by the company’s various campaigns.
> Manages Sourcing/Recruitment Partners to ensure that training being given are at par with the requirements of the company.
> Supervises colleagues in achieving their specific targets per channel.
> Creates reports and sends communication of daily targets versus success and conversion rate.
> Creates strategies in the form of various activities for the company’s employees to achieve our main objective to pool the right candidates.
> Monitors and ensures all sourcing initiatives are being implemented and executed properly on a regular basis.
> Monitors and manages social media postings and other online portals of the company.
On the side, I am an artist, I play and adore Music. I am a Mother of 3-year old twins. Multi-tasking is a skill I have mastered, hence, trying my opportunities in getting hired here while acing my current job as a Human Resource Specialist.
