I am an experienced virtual assistant and bookkeeper with more than seven years of work experience in a variety of companies and departments. I have worked remotely for four years for a variety of companies and clients.

I have worked as accounts receivable and accounts payable clerk as well as a full-service bookkeeper. The software I have worked with is Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks. The companies I have worked for were high volume and fast-paced environments providing me with time-management, prioritization, and attention to detail skills.

As a virtual assistant, I have helped clients set up WordPress websites from start to finish. I have experience with a range of WordPress plugins including WooCommerce. I handled customer queries and accounts for past clients and managed inboxes for efficient response times.

In my capacity as a VA, I have generated content for clients from eBooks to website copy and social media posts. I have experience with Canva and limited experience with other photo editing software including GIMP.

I have basic knowledge of HTML and CSS. I am currently studying JS and Ruby through the Odin Project and FreeCodeCamp.

I am always willing to learn and adapt to new software and circumstances.
