My name is Clarisse Magnaye and you can call me Cla. I would describe myself as a positive thinker, hard-working and I give value to my job. I am a professional, a strong communicator, and a fast learner. I got to work abroad for my on-the-job training as a reservation agent when I was in college in South Carolina. And my previous job in a contact center, I was able to handle 2 accounts where I support customers through email, chat, and calls. I also have experience in handling clients since I helped our management by communicating directly with them by giving them updates and asking for excel files that need to be done. I was able to receive good feedback from my superiors.
