Hi, I’m Claire, a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, working toward becoming a Medical Virtual Assistant (HVA)/ Junior Bookkeeping Virtual Assistant with a passion for numbers, a strong foundation in business, and a professional background rooted in customer service and healthcare.

 I worked as Customer Service Representative for an insurance company, supporting healthcare professionals and medical billers with their claims, benefits, and patient eligibility inquiries. Through these interactions, I gained valuable insight into the medical billing process and developed a strong interest in becoming a medical biller.

I am also a QuickBooks Online Level 1 ProAdvisor and Certified Xero Advisor.
