Worked in the military 32 years, including the Military Academy, mostly in the Human Resources system, both national (Romanian Ministry of Defense) and international environment (two tours as NATO Staff Officer and Section Head, in NATO Rapid Deployable Corps, Valencia, Spain for a total of six years and a half).

Managed both peace and crisis personnel rosters for the Headquarter.
Volume recruitment - controlled the recruitment process for augmentation, starting with publishing the posts and the Job Descriptions, up to the final step – including the employing the military and civilian personnel in the roster;
Developed the new set of Job Descriptions for the new created organization in 2013 (95 positions);
Coordinated, monitored, and staffed not just Crisis roster from the implementation date to the closing date but also managed job descriptions, various analysis and statistics for the higher echelon.
