· Sourcing high quality candidates via job-sites, LinkedIn, Indeed, CareerBuilders, HandShake, CV Library, for various engineering positions in USA and Canada
· Use the Company Automated Tracking Systems (SuccessFactors and Yello) to identify, attract and select potential candidates in engineering, IT and maintenance sector
· Identified and screened over 1000 applicants and interviewed over 350 candidates for various specialties of engineering projects (permanent, temporary and intern positions).
