I have strong backgrounds of working in BPO or Contact Center Industries for more than 7 years now and I have experiences handling customer support through emails and live chats aside from taking in calls. I was handling billing and collections most of my years in these industries, but I was also able to handle CRM support for my colleagues or teammates in terms of system or tool processes. Right now, I am working as an email support for a USA based company for about 8 months now and this is a work from home setup job. However, this is only for a project-based employment and we don't know when this is going to last, so I'm still actively looking for a VA, Operations Coordinator, Customer Support, Customer Service, Back Office Support or any positions that you guys may need.
