From onset i have always been in contact with customers on daily basis in my parents shop as a kid. When i finished high school, I started my own business and was importing car engines and marketing them. I believe with this little experience, I am not new in the line of interacting with customers or even potential ones at that. I understand their(customers) feelings and their wants. I believe when your customers are happy, your business will be "happy". I have acquired some trainings also on how to deal with customers thereby making me more equipped with skills to succeed.
