I have been working in the BPO industry for 4 years now here in the Philippines. I believe in myself that somehow I could pull off and ace an interview. First of all, I have integrity. This is a major thing for me. I am patient to things and I am always customer-focused. I always take feedback in a positive way because this is learning. I have the passion for growth and I am a reliable person. I don't like being in a stagnant environment because that is boring for me. I am a proactive person in terms of how I could be more useful.
