I worked for five (5) years in an insurance company as a Customer Care Specialist.
Basically, I manage the online facility of the company. I handled customer concerns through emails and live chat. I also do outbound calls for assistance in the online navigation of customers. I am knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and I easily learn new programs as I used to participate in systems testing for for new company facilities. Further, I underwent several training relative to customer service, email and chat handling, and also in technical writing. Aside from my regular work as a Customer Care Specialist, I am also experienced in transcription and research works. I also do reports and visual presentations for company and outside the company events.
