After earning my Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, I started my career in Cebu City, where I worked in the customer service industry, assisting clients and resolving inquiries efficiently. My ability to handle high-volume customer interactions while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach has allowed me to excel in the field. I take pride in my ability to build strong client relationships, manage conflict resolution effectively, and provide high-quality support to customers.

During the pandemic, I returned to my hometown and pursued a different path as a part-time college instructor at the University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines. For almost four years, I had the opportunity to educate and mentor students, enhancing my skills in communication, leadership, and training. Teaching has further strengthened my ability to simplify complex information, engage with diverse individuals, and develop structured workflows—skills that are invaluable in any professional setting.

I later transitioned into a remote role as a Maintenance Coordinator for Azari Property Management, where I utilized AppFolio as a CRM system to manage work orders, coordinate repairs, and ensure smooth communication between tenants and vendors. This role enhanced my ability to work independently, manage administrative tasks efficiently, and adapt to fast-paced environments. Unfortunately, due to company downsizing, I was laid off after six months.

Currently, I am seeking new opportunities where I can apply my diverse skill set in customer service, administrative support, and problem resolution. I am eager to contribute to an organization that values efficiency, innovation, and teamwork. With a strong work ethic, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering excellent service, I am confident in my ability to add value to any team.

Outside of work, I am passionate about continuous learning and self-improvement. I enjoy reading, exploring new technologies, and refining my skills to stay competitive in today’s ever-changing professional landscape.
