The following are some of my experiences and skills.
· Completed one of the largest PBX networks in TSTT the Island Finance network. It comprised of approximately 15 sites across Trinidad & Tobago using Avaya Ip Office.
· Completed the TECU PBX network across 3 sites using Avaya server edition with one primary and one secondary server.
· Installed and service various types of telephone equipment in corporate offices. (Avaya, Mitel, Nortel Meridian compact Ics and Nortel Option 11,61.
· Performed jack installation, cross-connections, patch panel, measures, cut and install wire.
· Spliced wires and cables, using hand tools.
· Diagnosed trouble on PBX systems, communication cards, troubleshot various Central Office lines (SIP, h323, Trunks and Dels), PBX phone issues, identified and resolved complex telecommunication's problems for variety of end users, also recommended and implemented corrective hardware solutions to restore service levels.
· Documented software and hardware failure, repair, installation, removal, and other work requests by Supervisor.
· Preformed moves, additions and changes of telecommunications services and equipment’s.
