For 3 years, I worked as a Customer Service Representative for different clients with e-commerce and dropshipping business. I am very experienced in dealing with different kinds of customers and situations.

As a freelancer, I have handled different projects such as email handling, chat support, e-commerce and order processing. The tools that I have used are Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gorgias, Konnektive, Shopify, Oberlo, E-Com Solutions, Amazon Seller Central, AutoDS, LiveChat, and Shipstation. I can place orders to different supplier sites like AliExpress, Walmart, Home Depot, Overstock, Zoro and BedBathandBeyond easily.
