Please accept this letter as a request for employment with the company. I believe my qualifications will meet the high standards your company expects from its staff. Since twentythree years I work within the service industry and during that time I have acquired plenty of customer service related experiences. My language skills gives me the possibility to communicate with people of different nationality and assist them.
My time with HP and Texdecor I was in charge of customer related issues such as delivery status, contract status, guarantee and warranty procedures and billing. I was the liaison between the tech on- site fixing server problems and the customer- always giving customer satisfaction on time. We covered general inquiries and small orders. We worked by phone,Outlook e-mails and GCCS or Axapta.
As a customer advisor for Lexmark and Epson I dealt with warranty issues, wrong print outs, customer complaints, TCP/IP network issues, internal settings, driver and software issues, installation problems and hardware issues.
At Serco EasyJet I handled reservations, renaming, changing bookings and general inquiries all working in their Admin system, Kana and Eres. Spartoo.com which is one of Europes leading online ordering companies for shoe brands hired me in order to take inbound calls, billing, reclamations, integrating social media into their marketing strategy and account set up for customers using Admin, FileZilla, Photoshop, Thunderbird, Google+ and Facebook.
I’m very fluent in Swedish, English and French. I’m a fast learner with great computer proficiency, problem solving abilities and I have a confident and an outgoing personality.
I enjoy working with people of different nationality and different background. Teamwork is something I value a lot and I have experience as a team leader. I would be an asset to your company considering my extensive working experience, high degree of professionalism and a good investment in the long run.
I have enclosed my CV for your review. I am available for employment at your convenience. I look forward hearing from you soon.
