Hi I am Christine Niccole you can call me Nickie. I was a customer service, sales and technical support (voice and chat) for three years. I have handled email management with different clients for two years using Microsoft Outlook and Mail for Mac. I have been a technical support for Microsoft Office for two years and so I am very well versed with the software. Combine it with two years of experience as a data entry specialist, I am confident I have the skills you need. I am a fast learner and I am very flexible. I am proficient in both English and Filipino and I can communicate effectively with different kinds of people. I am good in multitasking and I have excellent organizational skills. I am able to analyze situations effectively and come up and apply with applicable solutions. Can work with minimal supervision.
