I also have an experience in Customer Service Billing- Our client is Spectrum Home. It is an inbound calls that pertains to billing concern and to upsell our products that would turn into profit for the company. I'm also a Team Leader in Crawford and Company- We're a third party insurance and I'm handling workers Compensation in billing department. I oversee 6 processes with 21 team members in my team. I extract data from our pipeline and do invoicing to clients. I'm able to establish camaraderie among the team to work as one. I'm also in charge daily updates to our onshore counterpart. I also promote continuous improvement and to motivate my team to reach our goal and that is to gain profit. Being a leader, you need to know how to upsell the objective of the company/client to your team and also to encourage them to participate, to contribute ideas.
