I'm Christine Marie Margallo. I've spent the last six years working in the customer service industry. My previous role was a Service desk associate; we are the front line of support between employees and IT. We provide technical support to users and respond to incoming requests for IT support. Categorize and record reported inquiries and provide solutions. I am a highly organized and detail-oriented individual. I have the ability to perform well under pressure and meet company goals on time. Additionally, my strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as my experience with various computer systems and applications, make me a great fit for this role.
