I am a versatile professional with over a decade of experience spanning human resources, compliance, leadership development, and strategic business operations across diverse industries including FMCG, financial services, fintech, hospitality, and consultancy. My career journey has provided me with a wealth of expertise in shaping organisational strategies, driving compliance, and building people-focused systems that empower both individuals and teams to achieve their full potential.
Most recently, I served as a Training and Performance Specialist with the International Coaching & Mentoring Foundation (Feb – July 2025), where I led training needs analyses, curriculum design, and the facilitation of leadership and compliance programs. I partnered with executive leadership to align training strategies with business growth objectives, ensuring that learning solutions were both practical and sustainable.
Prior to that, as a Human Resources Consultant at Elliana Consultancy (2019 – 2025), I delivered HR solutions to SMEs and corporates, supporting recruitment, compliance, organisational restructuring, and workforce planning. These experiences strengthened my ability to adapt to diverse organisational cultures while providing both strategic and operational solutions.
Earlier in my career, I served as Head of Risk & Compliance at Payserv Zimbabwe, where I strengthened governance frameworks, designed compliance training, and reported to regulators and senior executives. As General Manager and later Group HR Manager at Staysun Investments, I oversaw multi-unit operations, managing over 200 employees and directing HR, finance, procurement, transport, and marketing functions. These roles sharpened my capacity to lead large teams, balance strategic oversight with operational detail, and deliver results under demanding conditions.
Academically, I hold an MBA in Business Administration and a BSc (Hons) in Administration from the University of Zimbabwe. My professional growth is further complemented by certifications in entrepreneurship, digital marketing, and financial market infrastructures.
My skills and strengths lie in strategic leadership, training and development, stakeholder engagement, and compliance management. I am recognised as a fast learner with a strong ability to build trust, communicate effectively, and foster collaboration across different levels of an organisation. I excel at bridging gaps between leadership vision and ground-level execution, ensuring alignment of resources, people, and processes. With an entrepreneurial mindset, I bring a proactive approach to problem-solving and an ability to anticipate challenges while driving innovation.
