Being a Customer Service Representative is not an easy task, it requires more patient and provide exceptional service to our customer that is beyond with their expectation. I would really love to assist and to provide all the needs and wants of the customer's to have them satisfied. I understand that it needs a very long patience and I believe that is one of my best asset. I set customer is the blood line of the business, I will treat and serve them with all the best service I can give. Angry / Irate customer is always there, what I can do is that, if it is beyond my expertise and knowledge I would have then set the proper expectations, and I will be very honest to the customer. It is not just serving the customer but it is also appreciating and valuing their business.
