When I started at Direct Interactions it was a start-up with just 5 employees. Currently, there are nearly 400 agents (A 2,000 % increase). The skills which you are seeking: experience managing a remote team, hiring and developing a team, utilize business acumen, extensive leadership experience, articulate communication, and the ability to utilize technology, as well as emphasize talent acquisition, are all areas in which I excel. I have advised the leadership team on best practices and contributed to significant growth as well as developing and implementing policies, all while overseeing (and often doing the full cycle recruiting process).

For 10 years I was the Director of Human Resources for a startup virtual contact call center. During that time, I have built an HR department that complies with multi-state and Federal Government reporting requirements as well as being solely responsible for the recruiting of applicants, from where and how to advertise on a shoestring budget to design and implementation of the sourcing, application and interview process for a variety of clients. I have built and led the recruiting team all of whom work virtually and coached them on best practices while streamlining our recruiting, advertising and time to hire processes to increase applicants by 1000% I have also been instrumental in the selection and administration of an Applicant Tracking System (first Taleo Small Business and later a switch to iCIMS) to further automate the hiring process. In my early years with Direct Interactions I was directly responsible for full-cycle recruiting from the job posting to screening and hiring candidates. This has included internal job candidates and external. More recently, I have managed a team of recruiters while maintaining the pipeline and screening candidates, making hiring decisions, and managing the offer and on-boarding process as well as providing feedback and mentoring to the recruiting team in addition to researching and implementing benefits for a company that had never offered them in prior years.

For 5 years prior I was a recruiter and Recruiting Team Lead for Alpine Access. During this time I was consistently recognized for my attention to detail and ability to remain highly organized. After 5 promotions, my final promotion was from Recruiting Team Lead on 1 program to Team Lead for all 15+ programs. I was responsible for the full life cycle of the hiring process, including organizing, tracking, scheduling and monitoring hiring, attrition goals and metrics.

While managing a team of over 40 recruiters all working remotely, I provided leadership, mentoring and quality control. Additional accomplishments include the creation of the interview guides, job postings, and evaluations for each client as well as online searching/sourcing strategies for some of the more challenging subsets as well as screening for home office requirements, technical abilities, reviewing resumes, and extensive utilization of the applicant tracking system.

I have owned several businesses. My husband and I owned a non-franchised “Postal Place” for 4 years generating revenues of $600,000 per year. After taking salaries, the business was profitable While operating the business I was responsible for all advertising, recruiting, interviewing and personnel decisions in the day to day management of the business.

During my business career, I have demonstrated a positive attitude, proven leadership, dedication, which will meet your requirements and exceed your expectations. My administrative skills include extensive experience with all of MS Office with expertise in Excel, Outlook, and Word. I type 75+ WPM. I have a home office with fiberoptic internet.
