Christina Nowak

I’m a media and entertainment executive working at the intersection of creativity, technology and strategy. Over the past 15+ years, I’ve delivered commercial growth, market expansion and marketing leadership across film, television, immersive media, gaming and emerging technologies.

My career spans global technology vendors, creative studios, service providers and cultural organisations across both consumer and enterprise markets. I specialise in defining market position and creating integrated marketing and go-to-market strategies that reach the audiences that matter and respond to where the market is moving.

As Founder of New Chapter Production Ltd, I advised international clients on storytelling, rebrands, commercial strategy and innovation capability. Most recently, as Chief Strategy Officer for a £72m next-generation production facility in Belfast, I led the five-year commercial and marketing strategy, secured early-stage bookings, and contributed to Northern Ireland’s growing position within the screen industries

Outside of my executive roles, I support industry development through board and advisory work. I sit on the UK Board of SMPTE, co-founded Women in Virtual Production, and advise UKRI’s Reframe: EDI Virtual Production initiative. I’m also a BAFTA Connect Member and a TechWomen100 Award nominee.

I’m interested in the point where creativity, technology and commercial thinking meet, and in creating work that genuinely resonates with audiences.
