- Manages client contact lists using CRM called Pipedrive
- Organizes and keep records of databases using Google Sheet/MS Excel containing contact details (i.e. email address, phone number, and home address)
- Transcribes voicemail, video or audio, podcasts and meeting recordings
- Prepares onboarding documents for new applicants in the company
- Proofreads documents and other office materials
- Does basic video and image editing using Canva and Filmora
