I am currently a part-time Amazon virtual assistant that mainly deals with customer service using Amazon seller central and other modes of communication such as Whatsapp, Outlook, and Gmail. I make sure to provide world-class customer service to our clients.

Sending out replacements or product accessories
Reaching out to customers about their reviews
A+ content listings
Product listings (includes other markets and languages)
Managing and replying to customer's comments in our YouTube videos
Invoice editing and saving (Google Sheets and Google Drive)
