I am currently a part-time Amazon virtual assistant that mainly deals with customer service using Amazon seller central and other modes of communication such as Whatsapp, Outlook, and Gmail. I make sure to provide world-class customer service to our clients.

Other tasks include the following;

• Communicate to customers using other methods (Outlook, Gmail, and WhatsApp)

• Processing refunds

– Requesting reviews

• Sending out replacements or product accessories

• Reaching out to customers about their reviews

• A+ content listings

• Product listings (includes other markets and languages)

• Managing and replying to customer's comments in our YouTube videos

• Invoice editing and saving (Google Sheets and Google Drive)
