I've been a customer service representative for 1 year with 2 different companies. I've worked with Crepe Erase, Meaningful Beauty, and JLo Beauty, which are beauty products. My tasks are to answer phone calls, provide product information, process orders, and pitch sales/upsells. Worked as well with SiriusXM, a known radio broadcasting platform in the US; tasks are just the same: answer phone calls, provide subscription, troubleshoot radio and to provide or read billing statement.
