I am Christian Arinze Obumselu, I have an Associate Degree in Law and I'm currently studying History and international Studies

    I am a native English speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills and can offer you three years of customer support experience,I also have an experience in managing multiple projects effectively, usually by prioritizing and organizing tasks. 

I can build and maintain relationships with potential and current customers, I’m able to lead meetings and communicate professionally and positively, I also enjoy working closely with others and can follow the directions of others or assume leadership whichever is required.

In my last position in Lumever Nigeria, I collected customer feedback and reported back internally to drive continuous improvement coupled with using customer data like purchase and engagement history, profile attribute to make future decisions based on the information provided and to improve customer success experience. I can ensure maximum customer success and satisfaction with my experience in all facets of client relations.

I’m also proficient in HTML coding, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, skilled in website troubleshooting and have a knowledge of SEO techniques.
