I have almost 3 years working experience in a prestigious call center company. In my 1st company, I work as a Market Research Interviewer. It’s an outbound account. My job is to conduct a survey to the respondents and should have completed the said survey. That’s either political or social topics. My next company, I was a customer service representative. I also handle technical support then I was switch to billing and sales account. It was really amazing experience despite of the challenging tasks. I learn a lot on how to be a responsible employee. I can say that I really do well in that span of time as an agent. Through my experience, I learn how to do multitasking also make sure that I properly do the task given to me and becoming more patient with the various kind of customers I am dealing with. Lastly, I really have a commitment when it comes to work and dedication as well.
