Hi! I'm Chris. I've been a Quality Analyst for a BPO working for MS with 3+ years of strong quality management skills. I also have 9 years of customer service experience working for different companies around the Metro. I am part of the FCR (First Contact Resolution) project that aims to lessen the number of exchanges that the customer and the agent is having without sacrificing client satisfaction. The project aims to deliver fast and accurate resolutions at the first instance the customer ask an inquiry. Currently, the project is on it's approval phase from the client. I am also part of a project that aims to improve the process of a certain function. I create process and workflow documents that needs to be presented to Operations.
