Hi, my name is Chona, and I am from the Philippines. I worked as a customer service representative for a well-known BPO company for 5 years. I communicate with customers via phone, live chat, and email support channels. Handling order inquiries (refunds, complaints, etc.) for customers. Respond to customer/partner emails by using appropriate and professional language.

I also worked as a Team Leader for 6 years at a manufacturing company. I am in charge of the entire production process for a particular product. Maintaining the daily target output with quality.
