SUMMARY
I’m a Virtual Assistant with over three years of real-world experience in customer service and
call center roles. In every job I’ve held, I’ve focused on making sure customers feel listened to,
respected, and helped no matter the situation.
I’ve handled calls, chats, and emails from all kinds of customers, often being the first person
they spoke to when reaching out. I know how to stay calm under pressure, ask the right
questions, and find practical solutions quickly. Whether it's booking an appointment,
troubleshooting a tech issue, or following up on a request, I’ve learned how to keep things

Most of my work has been remote, so I’ve become very comfortable using tools like CRMs,
