My work experience has given me the ability to manage different responsibilities, work well under pressure, and provide quality service to clients and teams.
In my most recent role as a Production Coordinator and Marketing Trainee at DCX Delegate, I managed product sourcing, pricing, and presentation. I kept track of orders and worked closely with vendors to make sure timelines were met. I used tools like CommonSku to upload proofs for approval and Trello to organize and follow daily tasks. I also handled shipping labels, found ways to reduce costs, and managed daily emails that included invoices, tracking updates, sales orders, and proofs.
Before that, I worked as a Senior Process Associate at New York Life Annuity. In this role, I helped policyholders with account updates and requests. I processed withdrawals and policy surrenders, assisted families with filing death claims, and made sure client accounts were handled accurately and on time. This role required careful attention to detail and a professional approach when dealing with sensitive information.
Earlier, I worked as a Quality Control Representative at IFive Global – Releasepoint. My main tasks included reviewing medical records for insurance purposes, classifying documents, and checking important dates. I followed HIPAA guidelines to ensure that all records were handled with privacy and care.
I also have a long history in customer service from my time at Mercury Drug Corporation, where I worked for over eight years. There, I assisted customers with questions about products and services, managed inventory, organized shelves, and kept the store clean. I also handled monthly reports, processed digital payments, and managed supply orders.
Through these roles, I have developed strong skills in organization, communication, and problem solving. I am comfortable working with different computer systems and tools, and I can quickly learn new processes. I am dependable, detail oriented, and able to balance multiple tasks at the same time.
