When I made a decision to become a Product Manager on the 18th of August 2017, I wanted to help companies solve complex user problems in an iterative manner while leveraging emerging technologies and I haven’t looked back since then. All these years, I have excelled as a Product Manager initiating, strategizing, and executing intuitive products with unique experiences which have increased user satisfaction and increased revenue in this dynamic business environment.

I have over six years of experience as a Product Manager with a focus on B2B and B2C SaaS products. As a product manager at Intron Health Inc, I was responsible for leading the development and launch of several innovative healthcare SaaS products for the African market. I worked closely with the tech and business teams to define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and backlog. I also conducted user research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify customer needs, pain points, and opportunities. I ensured that the product was developed in an agile and iterative way, with frequent feedback loops and testing cycles. I also supported product maintenance, documentation, training, and communication activities.

At Jobvite, I solved complex problems around customer churn and activation for the company's 20,000 B2B customers. I have played a leading role in setting up the processes and team that worked on this problem. As the Product manager, I worked with the business teams to map out the product strategy, defined the problem using customer feedback, product usage metrics derived from internal analytics, and feedback from sales, marketing, customer success, and engineering teams, and wrote requirements for new features to be implemented across two product lines. Being an agile team, I planned each sprint and prioritized features using techniques suited to the product strategy. I continued to support the tech team in building and launching each feature.

My experience in agile methodologies allows me to adapt to market shifts and user feedback while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality products. I am proficient at gathering and analyzing customer feedback and translating it into actionable insights to drive continuous product improvement. My ability to track and measure key product metrics allows me to identify areas for optimization and ensure ongoing product success. I thrive on leading empowered teams and therefore extensively communicate and evangelize the product with team members.
