For the past 3 years, I have been working as a customer service representative. During those period, I assisted customers with their inquiries, issues or complaints regarding our companies product and services.
I provided assistance through various channels such as phone, email, chat and resolved customer concerns efficiently. I also played major roles in ensuring customer satisfaction by going far and beyond to exceed their expectations.
This theoritical and hands-on experience has given me the knowledge needed to take further positions, and if given the opportunity will utilize the skills acquired over the years to ensure customer retention leading to upselling.
