I'm a Detail-oriented graphics designer with 3 years of experience in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma and Dreamweaver. My designs are crafted from my inborn passion for aesthetics and colourful art, which I exhibit when I draw my strokes, shapes and integrate different colour shades to produce breathtaking flyers, newsletters, brochures, book covers, social media ads, corusels, complimentary cards and logos. 

I'm also a customers successs enthusiast with a deep-seated knowledge of CRM tools like hubspot, Freshdesk and Zendesk as well as project management tools like Asana and Trello. I design email marketing templates from scratch for my customers' best satisfaction. My favorite roles as a customer success manager include, setting up appointments, managing customers tickets and resolving their complaints, using Trello for on-boarding new teammates and slack for work chitchats. With Zapier, I can automate and integrate all the SaaS tools I need for a beautiful work experience.
