Hi, I’m Naomi, a proactive and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant with over three years of experience supporting businesses across different industries, including marketing, eCommerce, gifting, beauty, and real estate. I specialize in helping teams stay organized, efficient and focused by taking care of their administrative and communication tasks.

I began my remote career with Pink Letters, an email marketing company, where I assisted in managing campaigns, organizing client lists, creating newsletters and tracking engagement metrics using MailerLite and Google Workspace. I later joined Rhemzy Brown Limited, a business with two subsidiaries, a surprises and gifting brand and a hair brand where I handled customer service, social media management, data entry, design, and calendar coordination.
