Hi, I’m Naomi, a proactive and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant with over three years of experience supporting businesses across different industries, including marketing, eCommerce, gifting, beauty, and real estate. I began my remote career with Pink Letters, an email marketing company, where I assisted in managing campaigns, organizing client lists, creating newsletters and tracking engagement metrics using MailerLite and Google Workspace. I later joined Rhemzy Brown Limited, a business with two subsidiaries, a surprises and gifting brand and a hair brand where I handled customer service, social media management, data entry, design, and calendar coordination.

In addition, I worked as a Client Service Officer for The Paradise Estate, a Nigerian-based real estate company. There, I was responsible for client communication, scheduling property viewings, managing inquiries, and maintaining organized client records. Throughout my experience, I’ve used a range of productivity and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, Trello, Asana, Buffer, Calendly, Go High Level, Zoom, Slack and MailerLite but I’m quick to learn new platforms if your team uses something different.
