My Skills
Email Management
The inbox I took over had
over 14,000 unread emails
and important messages
were getting lost. I cleaned it
up by organizing emails into
folders, labelling, setting up
filters, and unsubscribing
from spam. In the end, the
inbox became manageable
and my client could easily
find and respond to what
really mattered.
Scheduling
Meetings were being doublebooked, running overtime, and
wasting valuable work hours. I
stepped in to schedule
appointments and meetings
with clear agendas, send timely
reminders, and ensure proper
follow-ups. The result? Meetings
became focused, productive,
and better managed—freeing

Calendar Management
The calendar was packed
with meetings, but there

no clear structure. I stepped
in, cleaned it up, added
color-coded categories, and
set buffer times between
appointments. My client now

entered and cleaned up the

organized everything into
a clear folder structure
and renamed files so they
were easy to search. Now,

trying to book flights, hotels,
and meetings in different cities. I
researched the best routes,
booked everything within
budget, and created a detailed
itinerary. The trip went off
