I'm a passionate and results-driven business consultant with over half a decade of experience transforming businesses and helping them reach their full potential. I have enjoyed working with diverse organizations, from start-ups to established companies, helping them navigate the complexities of business development, strategy, and operations.

I’m a Business Consultant at Antigravity Group, specialising in transforming innovative ideas into actionable market strategies. I analyze business and project implementation documents to ensure profitability and scalability, and I manage a talented business development team. My goal is to turn visionary concepts into market-ready products that drive growth and success.

Previously, I served as a Business Operations Consultant at Jadasky Travels, a start-up where I played a pivotal role in launching the business, structuring its model, and optimizing operational processes. I also managed the recruitment process, developed change management protocols, and facilitated the formation and management of an advisory board. My work ensured the sustainability and growth of the company.

I also have a robust background in project management from my time at Cosmotran Global. I led multiple high-impact projects, such as the launch of GouDou Foods and the rebranding of Nairabet, Nigeria's first online betting platform. My role involved managing several teams and working closely with the CEO to ensure effective stakeholder management and successful project outcomes.

In addition to my corporate roles, I founded Charris Global, where I developed and launched successful products like Edge Logistics, Men's Club and The Business Doctor Brand. This experience has honed my skills in product development, strategic planning, and team leadership. I thrive on building innovative solutions and creating value for businesses and their customers.

During my university years, I was actively involved with Enactus, where I managed social projects that made a real difference in communities. Notable projects included building a water filtration system for a community in Port Harcourt and creating a local oven for women in Bayelsa, enabling safer fish grilling methods. These experiences underscored the importance of social impact in business and further fueled my passion for community development.

My skill set includes business development and strategy, project management, product development, operations management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership. I’m also adept at market analysis, change management, client engagement, and recruitment. I pride myself on my ability to foster innovation, drive growth, and maintain strong client relationships.

Beyond my professional life, I enjoy playing board games with friends, cooking, and reading. These hobbies keep me grounded and inspire creativity in my work.
