I have more than 9 years of experience in Customer Service catering a technical-sales account for HP for 5 years, a seasonal account for almost 3 months handling recruitment in the US where we do phone screening and final interviews among qualified individuals based on the job description being asked by our clients, and then handled a Telco Account specifically Verizon, the number one network in the US, supervising my own team. I was also a part of an insurance company in Florida as an executive assistant, dealing primarily on home and auto insurance. The previous company I had worked for was with eTop Technologies as their Virtual assistant, with eTop my daily tasks consists of making sure that I had assigned tickets to our techs based on their availability and to create process documents. My experience will surely help your customers get a satisfying service which will make them feel like they always had chosen the best company there is.
