Hi! My name is Cheryl Cadelenia. I graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Information Technology. I've experience working in the BPO industry as a customer service representative for almost 5years. I've experience working in a retention department where our job is to save the customers. As an account manager we have to negotiate the customers and giving them the best options and also giving them satisfaction in order to make them stay in the company. Based on my experienced I learned that in dealing with the customers over the phone you have to be sound like your confident and be friendly with them in order for us to gain their trust.
