o  Follow up with clients through email, text, and call regarding the payment of inspection

o  Create invoice for client’s inspection service

o  Call clients to check if they receive the mold report and lab result of the inspection

o  Receive calls daily from clients inquiring about the service

o  Call insurance company for confirmation of insured house

o  Communicate directly through my employer

o  Resize pictures to use in the report

o  Communicate to the assessor and plumbers before creating the report

o  Send the report to the assessor and plumber for approval

o  Send report to the clients

o  Call clients for details regarding the inspection

o  Schedule appointment in CRM for molds inspection and plumbing service

o  Check payments of clients through CRM and pay pal

o  Accept payments via credit card over the phone

o  Call plumbers and assessors to finalize the appointment

I have been in the call center industry for 8 years. As a Technical/Customer Service Representative, it helped me develop strong interpersonal skills. These experiences have allowed me to develop strong time management and organizational skills.
