CPHR unlocked! I achieved the CPHR Certification last June 2021. I earned my MA degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology last 2018. I worked as an HR Generalist then as an HR Business Partner then to being an HR Officer and now as HR Head. Primarily, I've been responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resources functions for the organization focusing on a range of activities and processes that support the day-to-day functioning of the HR department which includes the administrative and operational tasks involved in managing employees throughout their employment lifecycle: employee data management, manpower planning (not to mention, the annual operational budget), recruitment and selection, payroll administration, benefits administration, policy development, compliance & employee relations, employee onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and talent & development.

End of 2019, I joined Pru Life UK as a Licensed Financial Advisor wanting to share and educate more young individuals about the art of managing their money in a fun and simple way. I continue my efforts to spread financial literacy through social media campaigns. 

Away from the office, you can find me working out, listening to good music, appreciating nature, admiring interior designs, and of course eating sweets! :D
